PRICES:
All prices on BaggårdTeatret’s app are in DKK incl. 25% VAT.

PAYMENT:
When you purchase our tours through our app, all sales go through Google Play’s store on Android phones and App Store on Iphones. It is therefore necessary to have a valid credit card linked to either Google Play or App Store to complete an in-app purchase.

DELIVERY:
Our audiowalks are delivered via download, the products can be downloaded immediately after purchase.

TERMS OF PURCHASE FOR AUDIOWALKS:
When you purchase access to one of our audiowalks via the app, you can take the tour multiple times and keep access until you change your phone or your operating system becomes outdated. If you delete the app and reinstall it on the same phone, you can restore your purchase in the app settings.

If you purchase access via a code, access is valid until the code expires. Codes for annual pass holders expire at the end of the year, while codes purchased by individuals typically expire after two months, unless otherwise agreed with customer service. Sharing an audiowalk code with others is not allowed, neither for annual pass holders nor private buyers.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
For digital content and theater tickets, the 14-day right of withdrawal lapses when downloading a digital audio file.

REFUNDS:
If you are entitled to a refund within the right of withdrawal, you must send an e-mail to billet@baggaardteatret.dk with information about the purchase date, name, e-mail, and account number.

WARRANTY:
Unfortunately, it can happen that the technology fails. If you have purchased one of our tours and the technology does not work from our side, you are of course entitled to a refund.

If you have had problems with the technology due to a system error that has made it impossible to complete your tour, you can write to billet@baggaardteatret.dk.

In order for us to help you in the best possible way, it would be an advantage if you describe your problem and tell us where in the process it went wrong.

PRIVACY
We never disclose the information you have given us, we only use it to provide you with customer service in relation to the products you have purchased from us.
